Colossal waste of my time. No help at all for trying to transfer information from my parents old iPads to their new ones. They are 85 and 90 years of age. I am not a technician. Apples used to help with transfer of information, but doesn’t anymore. I’ve been an Apple user for 10-15 years. I own practically every product to get ZERO help. If it’s so easy, why couldn’t I get the help to do this work? I called in advance, we booked an appointment, my time was completely wasted. They said they could not help. Apple Don’t Care. Sherway Gardens. Thanks Apple for making me do your job. I look forward to moving away from your products. I will be taking this up the food chain.

If you need to schedule a Genius Bar appointment, I would avoid this location at all costs. I have had Apple devices since 2005 and aside from the early days, I've never seen an Apple store that cares less about the customer experience than here. Not only were they trying to upsell me on AppleCare, they refused to acknowledge the Apple One Year Limited Warranty. In the end, my issue was resolved through Apple's online support, but I wish I didn't have to waste so much time and energy for such a meaningless case.

My 11 pro phone was over heating and was acknowledged by the technical group . They said they can’t fix my phone unless I fix my hair line crack on my screen( which is still under the manufacture warranty) Craig the manager for the technical crew showed absolutely no professionalism and said we can’t do anything unless you fix that crack. My phone was overheating bad which is a major safety issue , again it was acknowledged by the technical team but they won’t even attempt to fix it unless I pay 400 dollars to replace my screen. I have asked to fix my phone under the warranty but they refused. I don’t feel safe using my phone and I don’t feel comfortable to pay this 400 dollars Because of this hair line crack. Plus the attitude of the manager “Craig” and the yelling. I won’t go to this location and I won’t recommend it to anyone who truly needs help from apple. They don’t care about my safety of overheating.

Iphone 11 pro max Worst product ever. Only work for 1 year. Apple do not stand back after their product. Shame on Apple and this Store Manager Carrie that they cannot stand back to the quality of their so called premium phone that are only good for one year. We went to this store to get our phone’s faceid fixed. Phone is only 1.5 year only. And As per store manager Carrie this can be fixed if we send more 900 which is ridiculous. I was a Apple customer for the last years and all my family have apple products. But now lesson learned. Will not be buying Apple again and will recommend to all friends and family also to avoid buying apple. Zero Star review for Apple.

I have been to this location a few times for different apple products. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I brought in a MacBook that I was wanting to buy used. They checked it over for me and made sure it was in good working order, without charge. Just be ready to wait, this location is always super busy.
