DOUBLE-CHECK ALL YOUR ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING THIS STORE.... I was sold an iPhone 12 Pro MAX case with my iPhone 12 Pro phone. I live a 4-hour round-trip drive away and was told my only option was to return the case in person.... for a 60 item!! That's 4 hours of driving PLUS gas. "Sorry, that's the only option"... is wonderful news after dropping 2K and now having to purchase a new phone case. In addition, even if you go in knowing exactly what you want, be prepared to have your ear chatted off and take double the amount of time necessary (and more than double your appointment time). I give this experience an F and will only order online now. Sure, go in and check stuff out... then leave and order online!

Had a problem with my earpiece speaker on my in-warranty iPhone 11 Pro. Required a screen removal to replace the speaker. Speaker now works fine and repair was completed free of charge. However, seems as somebody was eating nearby during the repair as now there is dust permanently sealed under the glass on top of my front facing camera. I'm worried about this causing future problems to my device. The repair should take place in a clean room free of dust. Was initially very pleased until I found this issue, very disappointed now.

Don’t bother coming here if you have a problem with your MacBook. I told them I kept getting an error message when updating my computer and without telling them anything else they told me the only possible solution was to erase all of my computers memory. That’s just a lazy excuse to tell me they don’t want to help. I called apple’s customer service to make the appointment and I was told they would transfer my information before anything. I’m a full time university student working on my dissertation and have months of research and work I can not afford to lose. Their alternative advice was to just go somewhere else. I’m still in shock.

Wow! I have been driving past this mall for the past 10years and didn't realize how nice it is until I saw it first time. Awesome choice of high end fashion stores. Great variety of stores. You can everything here. This a perfect place to do Christmas shopping

Online website said my item would be ready the day i placed my order and to be ready at the mall for 3:45, after driving an hour and a half, then waiting in the parking lot for an hour and half, I go in to see whats taking so long. They didnt even have my product in stock and id have to wait a couple of days. Complete waste of my time
