Such a top practice. So glad I found them 9 years ago when i moved here. Despite having a high number of patients they're waiting time while at times long are ok. Good Dr's too, good care linked to referrals well in the area and using electronic prescription service is such a help too. I have various health issues and their early and quick diagnosis responses have been a God send. The receptionists are so good, I'm so grateful for their professionalism especially during challenging Covid times and their triage system works really well too!

I absolutely love the way this practice is run. The telephone triage service is excellent, you always get a call back and get an appointment quickly if deemed necessary. It stops time wasters and saves me from having to attend unnecessarily, when a phone call will suffice.

I can't stress how much what great care I receive though this surgery. From the receptionists to the clinicians to the doctors, the care you get is excellent. I would like to thank you all and carry on doing what you all do so well.

Under the circumstances this surgery is functioning well.

Again, one star as zero stars is unavailable. Got issued with a prescription, pharmacy said they could not get the drug, go back to the GP. Called the surgery, told I had to go back to the pharmacy, said I wouldn't, so was told to bring the prescription back to the surgery.....Rang later, wanted to complain to the Care Quality Commission, put on hold, woman came back on and said \why don't you complain to the manager here?\ Lost it with her and have since complained in writing to them. Upshot is it is me that suffered as I was issued with a warning for upsetting the receptionist... Let's see what happens next..
