This is the worst appliance rental company that I have ever experienced. I called in Nov 2018 to lease a washer and dryer. They never showed up on the day of delivery and when I called to inquire the customer service was rude and then I spoke to the vendor that should have delivered the items and they were worst. But I still decided to give them another chance so I called back in Dec 2018 and this time the washer and dryer were delivered. However, the dryer did not get hot. So I had to call and schedule a repair on the same day I received the items. I was told due to the holiday I would have to wait a week. So I've paid for the month and now I can't use the dryer for a week. I waited all day for them to come and complete the repair but would you believe it...they never showed up again! I just canceled and they will not get a 3rd chance. I will not pay them again. But unfortunately, l have to wait more than a week for them to pick up the washer and dryer. I AM DONE.
Be sure to read reviews. If you want my honest opinion, do not EVER do business with this company. They are scam artists. Paid 100 for a delivery for the dryer not to work. Only appointment was a week later. Then, they call me 2 hours before scheduled time and say they’re at my home. I get there and get a text that they had to leave even though specific instructions were given. Told I can’t get a refund until the end of December. Total FRAUDS right before the holidays they absolutely screwed us over. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. TRUST ME.
I leased since 2013. It was about the convenience for me. Azuma had my lease agreement before Appliance Warehouse. The set worked fine because I got it before they bought out Azuma. I asked if I could buy the set to stop renting but they said they do not offer that to Apartment residents, despite having a rent to own program. So they were perfectly fine having me pay 45 a month to rent forever. I finally wised up and got my own set this December. I overpaid for the last month but it looks like I won’t be getting my refund. They do good sometimes but if it’s not consistent that’s a red flag. I feel the company could use some revisions to their apartment leases.
They don’t even deserve 1 star. Wait time on the phone are over 1 hour. They lie about the dates when they are going to service and when they miss the appointment they try to reschedule for 1 month later. Horrible customer service. Don’t do it to yourself.

Absolute worst service ever. It’s been weeks and every day they’re supposed to deliver they reschedule for another week. Moved in 3 weeks ago and still no washer or dryer. DO NOT USE THIS AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I blame myself for not reading the reviews before trying to do business with this company. I set up a delivery for a washer/dryer in early November. It was delayed a week without them informing me. I called the day of the delivery and was told they had come across problems. No email. No call. Nothing. I rescheduled with the hope it would be fine, then had the same thing happen a second time. Every time I try to get an ETA, it says my phone number cannot be found. I do not understand how it is so difficult to communicate with your customers. I asked for a refund because I refuse to believe it won't be delayed again. I just wanted my washer and dryer.
