I have used Appointedd for a few years now, I love it, but more importantly, my clients do. The system is intuitive at both ends. I have tried several systems over the years and most suffer from the some problem... lack of personalisation options. My business is unusual (jewellery valuer) but I have customised it so that it looks and feels perfect for my business. I found Appointedd.com when I was searching for an online booking service to host the Streaming of my dance classes during lock down. The staff were incredible and very very patient. This was unknown space for me and they supported me and all of my questions. I was so impressed that I decided to continue with Appointedd.com when I returned to face to face classes and now the online booking is part of the booking process. The online booking platform is easy to use and set up but the biggest motivator to stay with Appointedd.com was in fact the staff. I've been using Appointedd for a couple of years now for my reflexology business. It has saved me hundreds of hours of admin time, and I got my first online booking at 3am from a heavily pregnant lady wanting some help with preparing for birth, so I knew straight away that it would be a good investment.
