I cannot believe that this company would have negative reviews. They are a great company to work with. I have worked for them for 4 years or so and NEVER had any problems. Maybe someone left the review because they don't push someone to manipulate an appraisal for a \good outcome\ if it is not there!

The appraisal was incorrect, causing a delay in my closing and costing me hundreds of dollars. Owner would not take ownership of the mistake his appraiser made (even though they ended up having to fix it) and when we asked the owner, Mike Lay for a credit back to cover partial expenses, he refused. Will be making sure not to use him again in the future.
