I was extremely happy with how Doug and Wendy treated my client and I. They were very quick, courteous and simply a joy to work with. They are always quick to answer and very accommodating. This is a top notch service and group of people. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and they are always my first choice
I would not recommend using them. Used for two appraisals and both appraisals came in extremely low. Comparable sales used were not from the same town let alone the same neighbourhood. In addition, they charged one of my customers an additional 300 on top of the original charge. I have the emails from NAS showing the additional charges. I will post them to this review.
