I was worried when Wavenet took over the company we had been with for many years but the people are still the same as is the quality of the service. All of the engineers in the Wymondham office are always polite and knowledgeable, especially Ian Robinson who keeps me up to date and gets things sorted efficiently and fast
Wavenet (APR Telecoms) Have always shown a good support service with flexibility whenever we have had a problem. Ian Robinson, Our go to Senior engineer, came to our site out-of-hours one weekend to resolve an issue in his own personal time, Saving us from major down time.
We purchased a new Samsung telephone system from Wavenet / APR & although BT chucked in a few hurdles from the offset, we were extremely happy with our purchase, the system itself has great functionality! Our Project was managed by Chris who always went above and beyond in order to support us. His customer service and attention to detail was second to none. An absolute superstar and an asset to the team!! Any queries have been dealt with efficiently and I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again !!
