A very honest review I hope. The good: I have had pleasant conversations with the customer service representatives and have had no issues. Additionally the website has been brought into the current century with recent updates. The bad: The problems about interest charged as stated by other reviews are very true however, though this is likely because its not a loan but a line of credit. As such, the biggest issue is improper communication from the companies that are using aqua finance as a finance company. Aqua finance as far as I can tell does not do loans, they do lines of credit. The ugly: I imagine that many people who get connected to aqua finance do not even know they are getting a line of credit and not a loan until all the documents are signed. It is what happened to me. as well this is not a fault of aqua finance as they are just on the receiving end of peoples anger after getting conned because it is where we are paying out money.

This is a finance company. I would imagine it is hard to get good reviews when you owe them, but as far as a business partner (I own a water company and they finance our customers), we are very happy with them. They have funded millions of dollars for us. Thank You Aqua!!!

This company loans you money and then makes it NEARLY impossible to pay your bill on time. They will openly tell you that your online system is not reliable although their emails will prompt you to use their online system - which does not work. I just want to pay my bills on time with AUTO PAY. It is the year 2020 - this company needs to get with the times. Their customer service reps will tell you varying reasons as to why the online billing may or may not work. I recommended that Culligan of Eastern VA drops this company as their finance partner.
