Aqua Pool & Spa Specialists have given us the most amazing service and assistance since we moved to our home in Mount Eliza 4 years ago. Our pool & spa are always sparkling! Any queries are dealt with professionally and with a caring attitude!!

Aqua pool shop has always given me fantastic advise! there products are of quality and always do a fantastic job! i no i am buying quality that will do better for my pool and water quality! i recieved a wonderful service from them and a lot of knowlage from this company. the service instore and at my house fantastic and the service man was very happy to help me understand my pool system and what i need to do! it was all at a very reasonable price. i will be calling them again!! HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if good service is important to you! A husband and wife team who share the same unprofessional attitude. Our appointment was made for a fixed date and time. When we called to confirm expected time of arrival on that given day, they advised that we were not in the diary until the following day. Fine. When I made enquiries about the spa light, he seemed perplexed as to what I was talking about and when I explained that I was under instructions that one of the main reasons for the call out was to replace a spa light, he quickly responded with hand in the air and walking off the job. Now I was the one perplexed and could not understand his irrational response and behaviour. When I caught him at the front of the house trying to understand what was happening, he replied with his back up, was rude and spoke with very little professionalism. I called head office to make a complaint about the service, his wife answered and shared the same lack of professionalism and in a matter of words told me that our job was considered small fry and apparently people in Portsea are their bread and butter. I can assure you that we will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere and for anyone considering using this company (unless you live in Portsea and are willing to pay the postcode tax for terrible service), save yourself time and disappointment and look for a REPUTABLE company with plenty of bona fide reviews.
