I can not even describe how happy we are with our water filtration and water softener from Aqua Serve. We had put up with smelly water, hard water spots on the granite, dry skin and dry hair and paying for a bottled drinking water service for years. From the minute I contacted Aqua Serve , I was so happy I did. Chip was awesome. He answered all my questions and when he came out to the house he knew his product. Our water test confirmed what we knew with hard water. We had two other companies we were going to have give us an estimate but canceled once we met with Chip. I have to say I was a little skeptical when he told me I would be drinking the water out of the tap after the installation. No way would I drink that horrible water. But Chip was so right. After the install, which was on time, professional, and the finish product looks great, I can drink the water from the tap! No more chlorine! Not only that but our skin and hair look and feel great! I'm even amazed at how clean our dishes are and even the dishwasher looks brand new on the inside! The house looks cleaner without those hard water spots on the granite. Our clothes are cleaner and softer. My only regret is that we didn't do this sooner!

You will not regret choosing Aqua Serve! I wish ALL companies had the same level of expertise, customer service, and kindness. From start to weeks after finish, I could not be more impressed by their service. We are new to the area and purchased a home that needed a water softener. My initial consultation call with Chip was informative and I felt he was upfront and honest. Next he came to our home to test the water and discuss our options (he was respectful of social distancing and wore a mask the entire time too). The team that installed our water softener was efficient and they actually completed the project earlier than scheduled. Robbie in their office is amazing too - she's so kind and helpful if you ever need to call for anything. Hand written thank yous and timely follow ups - I only have good things to say about this company! I could not be happier with my decision to go with Aqua Serve . Hands down the best service company I've ever had in my home!

Moved into a new house with super hard well water that showed total coliform bacteria upon inspection. We had a great experience working with AquaServe. Chip was super friendly and straightforward to work with. He explained all the options and set up process, and patiently answered all my questions. With the new Brita Pro Silver water softener, 20 micron pre-filter, and HDS UV filter we can rest assured that our water is safe! And it tastes great!
