As a first time hobbyist I got excited placing my order for an aquarium and a few other items with their big advertisement in their main pages offering free delivery Australia wide got me enticed. But how wrong I was to rush the order and pay without seeing how many days the order will take to arrive. I placed my order on the 27th April and to this I still haven't received my orders. I tried to cancel the order, well within my rights as a consumer but after a few exchanges of emails they just refused to reply altogether. They also conveniently used the excuse of COVID19 affecting delivery times but nearly 2 weeks and counting with my enthusiasm gone and awfully frustrated. I am without both my money and the items that I ordered. I felt robbed
