This was my first purchase from AI, I ordered medicines. From placing order to receiving the items everything was hassle-free and smooth. They have a huge stock of aquarium related items like accessories & medication. The shipping was also quite impressive - they padded the items with bubble wrap on all sides. Few items which could be suspected of leaking in-transit, they had individually bubble-wrapped it as well. There was not a single reason to reach-out to them & sort-something out, which is what I call exceptional. All medicines which I received from them were latest stock with long shelf-life which ensures I can utilize the whole thing before it expires. Overall was a splendid experience. Would definitely buy again from them and recommend others as well to try their awesome service.

I placed the order on Aug 14 and made payment . Order Id 3268. I didn't any information after that . I called their number multiple times . It is not reachable . I have seen multiple complaints on mouthshut . I lost rs . 1500 , don't lose your money . If you still want to buy use cash on delivery .
They have the audacity to change the ORDER according to their own wish, I ordered for "GENE ELEVEN Koi ProDiet 1kg" which is the staple diet for my fish and They sends me "OCEAN FREE - Wheat Germ Growth, Large Pellet 1Kg" ... What the.. I didn't order for it. This is nonsense. See the pic attached, doesn't look any thing like "GENE ELEVEN Koi ProDiet 1kg". SUPER DISAPPOINTED.
