I am surprised by the 5 star positive reviews. But let me list the pros and cons. Pros - They are a company and they will pick up the phone right away when you call and need help. - They will dispatch the plumber right away. - Quality work, punctual, and professional. Cons - Expensive. Way expensive. You think it will be a few hundreds, but the quote will be in thousands. I understand they are a company and it will be expensive than calling an independent plumber but this company is too expensive that a middle class family can't afford. They asked me 750 for installing a dish washer (just installation). Maybe they are targeting the wealthy in westchester and I might be wrong. Just shared my experience.

John H. arrived quickly and explained the repair to me in detail. Since it was a simple repair he was done quickly and my heat was up and running again. I would thoroughly recommend Aqueduct Services.

Our 99 year old home appeared to be in excellent condition when we moved in a little over a year ago but it turns out that we had a number of small natural gas leaks in our piping. Con Edison came to inspect and shut our gas off on the spot. With an infant and small child in the house and below freezing temps in February, I needed to get the gas back on ASAP. After trying to contact many companies, Aqueduct dispatched one of their technicians on the same day to do an assessment and get the ball rolling. Ryan worked with us every step of the way. He and his team were efficient, responsive and very professional from the moment we met them to their completion of the job. Their back office was also excellent in dealing with Con Ed and the making sure appropriate paperwork and process was completed as efficiently as possible so we could have our gas turned on as quickly as possible. Ryan and the team at Aqueduct made a very difficlut situation alot less difficult for me and my family and for that I am very grateful. I highly recommend them! Thank you Aqueduct Services.
