I moved to Arab only 2 months ago so I'm just now finding my parts store preference. Although I'm not a huge Advance fan, it was the first parts store I patronized (mainly because AutoZone was partially hidden by Advance). Soon after I discovered where Autozone was located and went in to compare, there is no comparison. AZ has many more options when it comes to 'shelf-shopping' and the staff is hands down much more knowledgeable. Advance has since fallen to the wayside and I've driven right past it to go in the neighboring store AZ. My parts jockey was Shilo, who is very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and has gorgeous eyes, is on time every time. She can talk to you and make you feel confident that you're getting the correct part while simultaneously asking pertinent questions and ringing up your goods. 5 stars from me for customer relations, product availability, selection, friendliness and employee attractiveness..

Where You Go, I Will Go Rving

Went to this location to buy brake pads for my vehicle. I had a 10 coupon. At checkout I was told I could only use coupon online. I called Advance next door while I was there and they had similar ceramicc pads cheaper along with 20% discount if I ordered them online and picked up. I cancelled sale at AutoZone , ordered the pads online and picked up 5 minutes later saving myself 20. In my opinion the associate acted like he could care less that I was going next door to a competition. Autozone used to be my first choice but CS isn't what it used to be. 1 star is being generous..

Stood around in the store for 15 minutes while 4 employees were helping 2 customers at the counter and not 1 person asked me if I needed help. Then when I finally found what I was looking for, I stood at the checkout for another 5 minutes before someone came over to check me out.
