There are 3 local flower shops located in Arab Alabama and after perusing the reviews of all, decided to order a bouquet of flowers to be delivered from Buddy's mainly because they had the most recent reviews. I placed my order and the woman told me they would go out either later today or first thing in the morning. I told the woman I needed them to go out today and if she couldn't do that I'd call someone else. She said, \well I guess you better find someone else.\ They still had 2 1/2 hours before they closed and the delivery was 8 minutes away, and 5.7 miles from their shop. I'll order elsewhere. I'm from Iowa and am used to businesses going out of their way for a customer. Very disappointed with the reaction I got from this business. Update; I found another florist in the area and I'm very pleased with their customer service and my friend thought the Birthday Bouquet was beautiful. All's well, that ends well.

Too much trouble to make a delivery 10 miles from their shop. The guy answering the phone to needs to have some training to deal with people.
