Shelbie listened to what I wanted and asked questions to make sure we agreed on the cut. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was my first time going there and I'll definitely be going again and asking for Shelbie.
My husband, my 8 year old daughter and I stopped in for a walk in. When I got home to really look at our hair, I was horrified. Around my husbands ears was uneven. A patch of his hair on the side was left long. It wasn't at all what he wanted. My daughter was so excited about her haircut. She was so disappointed. She kept asking her to frame layers around her face. The lady was talking nonstop. She did not at all frame her face. Also, Four pieces about a 1/4 inch wide was left longer than the rest in the front and the back. I went to inspect my hair. I was so livid. The back was cut at an angle so that the left side was an inch or more longer than the right. The left side had short choppy layers cut two inches from my scalp. The right side had long layers. I wanted to cry. My husband went immediately and got the local barber to fix his hair. My daughter went to another salon. I have an appointment next Friday. When I told the stylist what she had done, all she would say was that she checks her hair and that it must be how I parted it. Which is bull. She asked and verified where I parted my hair. The whole time she barely looked down at our hair. She was a busybody and talked the entire time. Because she is the owner, her pride tells her that she truly thinks she did a great job but she did not!!!! She did a horrible job.
