My second visit at the Main Street Family Care was as good as my first one. Such a friendly place, makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. Great service and fast. I strongly recommend.

Sufficiently understaffed. Their corporate really needs to hire more hands to help them on staff at all hours of the day. They are barley getting by on three people and it’s greatly increasing the wait times in their office to the point that you would be better off making a visit to the ER for minor injuries and illness. They are so understaffed that they can’t hold true to their urgent care name. This is no part due to their capabilities but the capacity of their individual workloads, they need more help.

I had been here before and the staff was great. However recently the Karen at the front desk has made me decide never to return here. If you cant get the website to send you an email you cannot check in. I was extremely sick and sent out rudely to my car to wait for the website to work. Technology should not be allowed to replace human decency. The medical staff may be excellent but secretarial service acts like they would rather eat glass than help you.

care is slow due to COVID and they do not have the capacity for the amount of people trying to use this facility. Waited over five hours to get in for a COVID test for my son so he could get back into school.

Receptionist hung up on me when I told her I realized I'd called the wrong clinic. Definitely won't be going here in the future.
