Update 3: got ahead on my car payment for 7 months. payment was still charged. had to call three times, and was hung up on, lied to, and straight up disrespected. they tried to tell me my bank has to fix the payment because they set it up, but that was not true. payment was supposed to be cancelled, but they went ahead and charged me anyway. moral of the story, redstone should be your absolute last resort. they don't care about you, just about taking your money.

This bank has been awesome to me . I'm only doing four stars cause if your doing bill pay and get a phone call everything goes through without even confirming anything and than it doesn't show up. You have to sign out and and sign back in to see it actually did the bill pay by itself, so don't make the mistake I did and start over in the same log in. Log out and log back in. They said they couldn't do nothing about this flaw so I wanted to warn others before it happened to someone else.
