I called at 11 am on Sunday. The lady on the phone said she could get me in at around 12:30. I was there promptly at 12:30, then she informs me that she wants to squeeze in a hair cut and ask me to either wait or shop around. Keep in mind she hasn't even started cutting this guys hair. What's the point of making an appointment if you do not honor the appointment time. Here it is 1 and no call from smartstyle winch tells me I made the right Choice in leaving and taking my money and hair somewhere else.

The manager on duty was EXTREMELY rude and informed me that she didn't have time for me. They were not busy. However the stylist I used Corey was amazing, he's always able to do whatever I want done to my hair but the location manager was Horrible!!

Jasmine, the manager, is super friendly and does the best work I’ve ever had done in a while! She’s definitely brought that place up with her uplifting spirit, kind attitude, and great work ethic! I absolutely love all the workers there! I’d highly recommend to anyone. They’re so hard working and kind!

Chazmyn Walker is a fantastic hair stylist and has been doing my hair for the past 2 years now. I always get her to cut my hair and she does an amazing job each time i go in for a cut. Highly recommend her!
