The gentleman ran the store was amazing. He knew his stuff on the beers that he sold. And gave us an excellent excellent selection of local Brews. The store look awesome on the inside tons of wonderful things to look at and purchase. Definitely going to come back for me or in the area.

Had the pleasure of visiting the Southern General while in Arab, Alabama. What a perfect store for men, or those that love them. Various items like jeans, boots, hats, beard balm, jerky, and brew. One stop shop for any man that is looking for that perfect casual outfit to a fancy bowtie. Will definitely be back to visit when back in Alabama. Picked up some beard balm among other items while there and well the name says it all in my opinion.

The best store in arab, the people that work there were very nice and were very knowledgable about there stuff. I spent a half a hour talking to the guy working there about knives etc. The selection they had there from beer to beef jerky to beard items. Most of there stuff was nicely hand made and local. All of their stuff there was unique aswell.
