I posted 6 days ago and gave Arabella 1 star, I also emailed the salon and told them how disappointed I was in my "spa day". The salon responded quickly and offered to redo my spa day. I took them up on the offer and I'm so glad I did. Everything that was lacking originally was all taken care of and my 2.5 hours there was a wonderful and pampering experience. My massage therapist Kim treated me to an amazing massage and the clay wrap was to die for. I tried removing my previous review, but was unable to so wanted to make sure I at least wrote a new one explaining the new experience i had and their willingness to make me happy! That's true customer service!!!!! Thank you Arabella. You made my day.

Was an absolutely glorious and relaxing experience! Would highly recommend and I cannot wait to go again! Their spa packages are incredible and I have never felt so relaxed and peaceful. All of the ladies were so fantastic, kind, helpful, and understanding. Darcy was absolutly perfect and made me feel completely comfortable and at home. This was my first spa experience and it definitely did not disappoint. A treat everyone should try at least once.
I received a Royal Excursion gift certificate for my birthday which included (as described on their website as) “Perfect pampering from head to toe with a full body relaxation massage”, followed by what was described as a “Luscious Wildberry Facial, where I would continue to relax in comfort” and both of which I can say without a doubt, didn’t happen. I was so incredibly disappointed with my spa treatments. I mulled over reviewing the spa for the last couple of days because I wanted to make sure I was reviewing it fairly and not a knee-jerk reaction to finally having a spa day and only to be completely let down by my experience. Total bill for both services was 275 (25 tip for each service pre-paid). It was 100% a bust, and I wouldn’t recommend this spa to anyone. There is so much more to explain, but this review has a character limit that wouldn't allow me to post all the details i originally wrote. Suffice to say, if you're wanting to be pampered, go somewhere else. :o(
I had a wonderful experience at Arabella Vitall. From scheduling my appointment to getting my facial, it all went very smoothly. I was surprised how beautiful the spa is. They have a sauna and soaking tubs as well as standard spa services. Hands down the best spa in Puyallup. I highly recommend Shelby if you are looking for an esthetician.
I love Arabella Vitall! I’ve been going here regularly for many years. Everyone I’ve worked with has been so nice and professional. Kellie (the owner) is the absolute sweetest lady! I really enjoyed the Signature Facial & Wildberry Facial. It’s just a relaxing very pampering service. The whirlpool bath and Time for Two massage are such a nice treat. If you can, book it! I’ve had such amazing service at Arabella Vitall and will continue to go there all the time.
Today I had a wonderful experience at Arabella Vitall. I chose the seaweed wrap, which I have had before in another state, but it was years ago. I was thrilled to find a local place that offered it. This spa had a top notch setup in my opinion. It was huge inside and I was quite impressed with the whole spa, especially the shower room used for this kind of treatment. It was spacious and clean, as was the entire facility. I’ve had numerous spa treatments around the world over the years and found this spa one of the most impressive. Not only was the price reasonable and the service itself fantastic, there were lots of little extras included like skin brushing before, lotion after, a choice of wet or dry sauna at the end, and a little gift bag of skincare samples for first time clients. The best part is that it is so close to my house, easily making it my favorite spa experience ever. The included sauna afterwards was an extra special perk for me, because that’s one of my favorite spa activities. As long as I continue to receive this high level of service I’ll be a customer for as long as I live in this area. Thank you, Arabella Vitall! I will be visiting again!
Staff was friendly and professional. Place was clean and welcoming. Kim and Darcy were real great! This was the best massage ever! I highly recommend coming here.
Wish I could visit more often. Love all the treatments and have never had a bad experience
