Man this place is GORGEOUS!! The beauty of this cave is rare and one of a kind. The tour of course can be better, like they can provide english translators for foreigners or allow photography of at least iconic places. But none of that could reduce the beauty of the experience. RECOMMENDED 100%!! I would actually recpmmend going more than one as you see and grasp more details the more you visit. They have smaller, more private tours (for groups of 4) that take you to a more special route inside that feels more \dangerous\ and exotic. Gonna try that next! The tour guide was such a friendly guy as well. The place alao has been the set of several movies (like Tarzan), and gives a vibe of walking in a medieval dungeon (but much better!).

Highly visited place, you must buy the tickets online if you want to be sure to get one. Tours are very good, in Spanish. Normally, you can't take pictures. Be aware not to touch anything to avoid to damage the cave's natural processes.

The tour is 50min long, shows very beautiful cave views with stalactites and their reflections in the underground waters. The groups are leaving every 15min. The guidance is in very quick Spanish, audioguides in English, French and Italian are available. We did not book tickets in advance, arrived at 12:00, bought tickets at 12:05 for the tour starting at 12:15. Each group counts about 50 people, so who wants to cheat and make photos (like I did) can just be behind and make sure the guide is not watching and the next group is not coming. Just make your camera soundless, do not use flash or tripod. Enjoy the pictures.

The caves themselves are absolutely stunning, I can't say the same for the guide unfortunately. We went with small children (which is fine if you hold their hand) but the guide had absolutely no consideration for us. Obviously the children walk slower, even more so if theyre being careful not to slip and fall, but the guide was walking so fast it was hard for us to keep up. She was so far ahead and rushing to finish for her lunch break, that we essentially just ran through the caves, unable to stop and look up at the amazing sights. Also, as soon as you fall a bit behind from the rest of the group the lights go off, so you're stuck in pitch black and have to fish out your phone for the torch mode. We asked her to slow down and be more considerate of the children but she ignored us. They say the tour is 50 minutes but it was only about 35'. I would absolutely love to go again but at a slower pace so we can actually take in the beauty surrounding us

Incredible! Only downside is the spec of the visit, just don't get time to take it in and that you're not allowed to take photos
