Hi, This is me again. Following are the responses to the amateur reply you gave to my review which was solely based on my 42 minutes experience that I had in your browsing center. There is/was nothing else between two of us. I visited your icafe browsing center last Monday around 1:00 pm during which I was directed to use the system located left to your sitting place at the entrance. I am very sure that the OS of the system provided to me was Windows XP as I remember that it was showing Windows XP is starting when I turned the CPU on. You stated that you have a broadband connection of speed 50 mbps. But it was not experiencing like that when I used it. Even, it was slower than the Jio hotspot that I currently use in my home. This could be due to the lower end OS version that you have in your computer or could also be due to the old version of the Chrome browser that you have installed in the same. These are the two reasons why I have rated and reviewed like that in my previous review. As I don't know how (or I may not have an option) to respond personally to you reply for my earlier review, it has become unavoidable for me to write another review with 5 stars (Hope you would like it this time). Please be and act professional while responding to reviews of local guides like me. We are (at least I am) genuine in reporting reviews as we are aware that it will be publicly posted on internet. In this browsing center all kinds of internet services are provided for a reasonable cost... Mr. Kanagaraj is the owner of the shop who helps us well to apply for an exams, bill paying etc...so make use of it...
