The AYM Yoga school Goa and all the beautiful teachers have been such a blessing to my life! the 200 hour Yoga Training has helped me quiet my mind and has strengthened my body. The classes are nicely sized and laid out. The highly trained instructors walk over and actually assist in perfecting your poses. You will love it here!

I love this place. They have excellent instructors and lovely accommodation and food. But the best thing about the location is that you meet a lot of people in the wellness community. The prices are affordable compared to the other schools in goa, but you will never regret spending time there. What I like the most is Eco-friendly. Their culture is very positive and pleasant to be around :)

Association for Yoga and Meditation Goa is the perfect place for self-knowledge and proximity to your true essence. The yoga paths are varied, including dynamic classes of postural therapy and alignment, with emphasis on physical body and moving meditation, but also more subdued, passive classes, which deep relaxation brings multiple benefits at all levels. At the same time, the center brings as a novelty a multitude of personal development workshops, supported by competent people, with extensive experience in this field. AYM is the place where we can be new without constraints :)

I traveled alone to AYM Yoga School Goa and couldn't have made a better choice! I was blown away by many things. The location was terrific - one of the best views. The food was spectacular. Yoga and activities were just perfect and can be catered to all interests. Above all, the staff was just excellent! Highly recommended for a vacation of any sort, but great for solo travelers as well.

I can only say good things about this amazing school. Teachers are so professional and dedicated you can learn so much from them and grow on your practice. Accommodation was beyond expectations rooms has all the conforts you need and are very spacious. Food just so tasty and fresh all the time, they are accommodating any dietary requirements and make feel like at home. Schedule time it’s allowing you to have some time between classes. Nonetheless everything it’s in beautiful Arambol close to the beach! Definitely recommend this place! Best thing was woke up in the morning and have a meditation class on the beach simply speechless. Namaste to all the teachers and beautiful classmates that I met during this unforgettable journey!
