The staff are very caring and loving towards the residents. The general atmosphere in the home is friendly, compassionate and relaxed. The administration was efficient and diligent and the activities provision was excellent.

Working with Luxurycare Care is such a refreshing experience. Residents are always put first and every shift is about how to make people's lives that bit better. Staff are valued and listened to, the senior management team are open to discussion and are supportive. It breaks down barriers and lets the team work together for the benefit of residents. The training is great and all staff are encouraged to gain qualifications which are covered by luxuryCare.

I wish to thank the management and staff at Aranlaw House for caring for my aunt so well over the last 12 years. It was so clear to us on our visits to Aunt how everyone loved and cared for her and how much she was missed when she passed away. My husband and I also felt we were part of the Aranlaw family when we came to visit, just as Aunt did. You made us so welcome and we have many fond memories of our trips down from North Yorkshire to see her. I really miss my daily telephone chats with Aunt and our friends at Aranlaw and will call in when we are next in Poole to say hello.
