Called at 11.00am to enquire about a remedial massage at 11.30am. No answer however got a return call in 1min. Managed to ‘squeeze in’ (do not pardon the pun!) First time customer, reception was easy and straightforward (got the temperature gun). EFTPOS machine was down, no big deal, was told over the phone so came prepared with cash. The session itself was great. The therapist consistently checked in on pressure as well room temp. No complaints. Specific area of concern? My back! She spent a good amount of time on it as well. Each time I requested a change, they were happy to oblige. At the end of the session received my tea and a biscuit! I was chuffed:) Friendly, easy, great massage all with a smile on top. Highly recommended! Will go again

Massage was good , however there was no one working the front desk so in the middle of our massage the masseuse would leave to answer the phone. this happened more than 5 times sadly. other than that, it would have been a perfect experience
