Beautiful national park, location , but disappointing experience. Resort doesn't correspond 4stars and their web pictures. Negative points Lack of maintaince of the structure, pools, cleaning, etc. Unmantained garden. Too many insects. Wasps all around your plate every day breakfast at the terrace. In the late afternoon don't walk out without your insect spray. Lack of disinfectation. Very poor management, stressed personal, to get simple basic service you must to insist. Check-in was super bad, no resort map, no location map, just QR code, no proper info, even getting a room we paid for was difficult. Only one restaurant for meal package was open, queues were all the time for breakfast and dinner, for drinks and food, but resort is for 3000ppl capacity. Positive points Location, marvelous sea, beaches, sea world. Friendly personal, trying to do their best. Great food Traditional cute cottages and bungalows. Great concept Sunbeds and some sports included

Its nice location, but not very clean swimming pools .also you have to pay for the water , i also found Italians payed less then we are for the same service, I didn't like it . Also , bat organisation with sport, no information, actually what they say and what you get i doesn't match. I hope it relates to Covid, not all the time like this . I really like the place , the rooms are clean , but it definitely not luks like they declares . Anyway big thank you to them for opening!!!! Hope next time will be much better .
Arbatax park resort is a nice option for those looking for a that 'few day all inclusive resort option'. The park is made up of a number of different hotel options which should offer something suitable to all groups and desires (families, couples, singles). Not all the hotels are all inclusive and half-board and B&B are also options. The hotels themselves are spread across a sizable peninsula which most made up mostly of a nature and animal reserve. There are a number of different swimming pools spread throughout the resort as well as 3 different beach options all easily accessible from the hotels. Food is of a decent standard for the price and selection is also broad enough to meet most people's requirements. There is a good few entertainment options spread throughout the resort on a daily basis as well as a large and well equipped health and day spa. The report and facilities are I'm need of some further maintenance but nothing that is a major negative give the price. Staff were truly excellent and all seemed to put their best effort in to assist you. If you enjoy the outdoors but also the concept of a inclusive resort with plenty to do this may be a good option to consider.
This was one of my all time highlights!! The Suite by the Sports beach was absolutely perfect. The entire staff were so helpfull and friendly!! At the beach bar, the "sports beach", the guys were so fun, Elia & Federico took especialy good care of us, we really felt special!! The park grounds are huge. You can walk for hours and not leave the property, so nice!! Highly recommend this place to anyone!! Thanks again for taking such good care of us!!
A huge resort with 4 pools and small beaches. Far from everything. You need yo rent a car to see around. The food is extremely bad, cheapest products they could find. The rooms are simple, you can hear a lot of noise from the others around (showers flushs..) They take away the beach towel people leave at the pool to keep their sits and that is great. Wifi not working in the bedroom.. I dont recommend it because of the food and it is overpriced, big time.
All inclusive 2/5, rooms 2/5, place 5/5, enter to sea 3/5
Several hotels in a park, different activities for all ages and wishes. Busy time for kids in a wonderful kids’ club. Animals in the park. Guests get introduction to Sardinian culture, food (Sardinian festival every friday). There is a diving club that provides lessons for different experience levels. Several pools for different age categories. 2 small beaches in the hotel. Opportunity to go to another amazing beach by boat frim the hotel (sunbeds there free of charge for hotel guests). The thing we could critisize was food (no vegetables for breakfast!!). We had half board, so we ate breakfast and dinner. After a week there we decided we could have eaten better food for same price if we drove outside the hotel and stayed without any meals. The other thing to critisize is that hotel staff says it’s no cash (only credit/debit cards or local prepaid cards), but you always need cash: cash to fill the prepaid card, cash deposit of 10 per towel, cash for buying crafts at the sardinian festival..). We don’t like cash, so we hated using atm just to leave a deposit for towels!
Huge hotel complex with amazing views and beaches. Staff are absolutely dedicated and extra friendly. Lots of activities.
