They let people wade through water to get to there house and let water just run all over the street. They overcharge people for the water bill They don't care about their tenants.

This place is horrible. It needs some cleaning up, the homes really need cleaned up and most of need some kind of repair. Glad I don't live there. Have a nice day
Roads, are very bad,pot holes all over and are very deep! They can take out a tire and rim. The place Looks wourse than the south side.
I've lived her for nearly 5 years. While we had a few bad apples in the office over the last few years, we now have someone who is making the changes we so desperately have needed. She has been working hard for nearly 2 years making the changes that we've so desperately needed. Its been a slow process but shes been amazing. I love my community.
Very dumpy, poor management, streets need dire repair. Really old trailers in the park and yards arent kept up to code. Resident stated her water went out all the time
