I am a relatively new patient at this surgery and am so impressed by the care I have received. All staff have been professional and caring, my care has been 5*. Reception staff are helpful and just lovely!

I have been a patient here since 2008, and despite now having to get 2 buses to the surgery, I cant speak too highly of this practice.Today I phoned at 2.20pm to make an appointment, on being told that was not possible I then asked about maybe seeing a nurse, I was given an appointment for 4pm problem diagnosed antibiotics prescribed and I was back home by 5pm with my antibiotics. I have never had any problems and hopefully this will continue. Thank you so much to everyone I saw today.

Terrible service. From a GP you want professionalism, compassion and knowledge. None of these things can be found at Arbury Medical Centre and instead you get the cold lack of knowledge from one Dr Ackbar, who seems to rely on Google more than a GP probably should. Very much in the wrong profession it would seem.

Waited 30 mins after my appointment to see the doctor. They never called 1st patient in till 4.26, then after that they left room again and I was called in at 4.42. I know they have emergencies and wouldn't mind that at all.
