I hired arch kitchen ( syed) to design and install my kitchen. The process was a nightmare from the start, I was shocked at the way things were handled. Since someone referred him to me I ignored the fact that he was utterly rude. He provided a lovely 3D hand drawn design. I requested a garbage disposal and a unit to hold my pots and pans. He said he would change it, I asked him for specific colours and shaker style doors in matte finish with a matching unit in black. I got something completely different, not only was my kitchen not to the specifications I asked for, but it was the wrong colour! By the time I got home the kitchen was installed, I filed a complaint and was ignored. 2 months later I’m still left with a kitchen I can’t stand and because he made me pay in full to deliver and install, I’m out all of my money. It’s a shame. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Make sure everything is in writing and don’t pay him in full.
It was great experience and peace of mind throughout my kitchen renovation process, as Mr. SYED is very knowledgeable designer and straight forward person and full fill all of his commitment.
