This review is for the service department of Archer Kia. They get 5 stars for being responsive to communications via phone, being open early on Memorial Day, and taking the customers’ temperature before entering. All customers I saw in the waiting area were wearing masks and sitting six feet apart. As a comparison, the other Kia service shop that I first thought of going to (because it is closer to where I am) never picked up the phone and was closed on Memorial Day. At Archer Kia, everyone I spoke to in the service department over the phone and in person were very professional. I will return.

The staff here are friendly. They were able to provide me the assistance that I required to find the parts I needed. The staff made themselves readily available. The store was neat and clean. The cleanliness was not secluded to the showroom. It included the parts and service sections. The customer service was outstanding. I watched the interaction with other customers and everyone was treated the same.

My family will NOT Buy or recommend Archer Kia dealership. We went in for FREE service for a Kia recall. This was excellent, but I wanted additional service for the gas cap release. The service manager said it could be form 25.00 to 125.00 service charge. Actually he stated anywhere from 25.00 to 125.00 service charge. I said, like others, my family has been affected by the COVID 19 pandemic, (laid off) are there any discounts? He said Yes, online coupon for 10% off services. I said great that will help. When I paid to pick up my car for the service, I was charge the full 125.00 parts 34.00 10.00 miscellaneous fee (10.00) which completely took away my \discount\. I felt I WAS TRICKED! I actually paid FULL cost because the UNCLEAR / UN described miscellaneous FEE was added back into my final cost. My wife wanted to buy a NEW RED Kia Soul, I told her we were TRICK during the service, we will be TRICKED buying a car, so NO we will not Buy nor use Archer Kia in the future. Fool me once shame on me, Fool me twice, Shame on you.

From 2011 when I purchased my first Kia till 2021 when buying my second Kia the whole experience and team was helpful and knowledgeable. Claudia Ortiz-Cantu in the sales department was amazing and allowed me to have the time I needed to sort out what model and options I wanted, she provided me with the information I needed to make the best decision for my final purchase. The finance team was courteous and quick which is always nice when you are excited to drive away in a new car. I look forward to working with Beau and the service team on my future maintenance needs as over the years they have serviced my 2011 Sorento countless times with fair pricing and top notch professionalism.
