Useless and not reliable at all. Sent small package by them, was told it's delivered to the next door building (why ?) . Second version was \it would be re-delivered next day to the correct address\. 9 days later I was informed the parcel came back to them and would be delivered back to me next day. Not arrived yet. Can't get any POD. Believe my parcel never left the van, they just can't be bothered. Use another courier !
