Great experience. Very clean office, well organized. Highly efficient. Staff was pleasant. Got fingerprints, staff that performed task did a wonderful job.

I went in for a COVID test. I was directed to the kiosk for sign-in. I doubt it was sanitized before me and I watched a number of people come in after me to sign in without sanitation. Makes me question the chair I sat in, whether the lab tech washed her hands, etc. I didn't observe any cleanliness protocols. In the future, I would take more initiative to ask those questions and assure myself of the cleanliness of the facility.

Scheduling and changing the appointment was easy. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Clinic was spotless and they cleaned iPad after I used it. Lab tech was friendly and did her best to make it as comfortable as possible. Would recommend!

The person who drew the lab work was excellent but the wait time in the Lobby during covid is unacceptable. I had an appointment at 1 pm and did not see the lab tech until 1:45. I was in a small waiting room that did not accommodate social distancing with anywhere from 4-5 people in the room At the same time. Since the process is signing yourself in via a terminal, there was not a receptionist available to request to be called outside while waiting in the car.
