What's that saying? Would recommend to friends and family - that's the one. Definitely WOULD. The woman on reception was extremely nice. Jared came out on Christmas Eve to fix our furnace. He called before he came and listened to my full explanation respectfully. When he arrived he wore his mask, communicated every step that he performed and (my favorite part) he explained what had gone wrong and specifically what he did to fix it. Jared - thank you for being quick and efficient. Arctic Air - thanks for being open on holidays, employing great people and also being efficient.

Excellent service. Last week I had a failing pressure switch on my furnace and needed to find a replacement quickly due to freezing temps. I called, provided a part number and a replacement was quickly found. The price was better than anywhere else, even online. I was back home with the furnace fired back up within 45 minutes. These guys made my day.

I had Artic Air out because my outside unit was noisey. They removed the cover to remove a stuck dead bird. A couple of days later it was noisey again, they came back out and said the fan and motor were bad. Said they could order it for 800. My son came out looked at it, 4 out of 8 scews were stripped out, 1 was missing. The manager never called me back. My son added 5 larger screws and the noise is gone. He saved me 800. will not use this comany again
