Sandeep Good afternoon! Sorry to disturb you on a holiday. The company is unable to change the motor in a prescribed time and my father who had undergone a 5 blockage bypass on 29/4/19 is coming home tommorow noon. The AC machine is making heavy noise unbearable for a common man so how can a patient live in isolation for 45 days in that Room. Make necessary arrangements for replacing this machine as it is within the gauranty period. Awaiting a positive reply. Jitendra Bachhawat

Arctic was really good and professional at first. We bought all our ACs from them when we first moved into our home. Gave them our AMC contract. Service was great. Then it went downhill almost overnight. We got a new AC installed in our bedroom. Not only did the installation guy steal from us, we are stuck with BAD PIECE OF AIRCON. ARCTIC SOLD US A BAD AC. THE AC ALMOST IMMEDIATELY STARTED SMELLING AND ARTIC TRIED TO PATCH IT UP DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD BUT DID NOTHING TO REPLACE IT DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTS. WE HAVE BEEN SHAFTED BY ARCTIC AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER. ITS SAD WHEN GOOD COMPANIES GO SOOO BAD OVER A SMALL SPLIT!! I HOPE SOMEONE FROM ARCTIC READS THIS REVIEW AND GETS THEIR ACT TOGETHER. ONCE IKEA AND OTHER MULTINATIONALS COME INTO THIS CITY, PEOPLE LIKE ARTIC WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS- I KNOW IKEA DOESNT SELL ACS BUT AM SURE SOME MULTINATIONAL WILL DRIVE ARTIC OUT OF BUSINESS DUE TO POOR BUSINESS ETHIC
