Arctic Preservation provided a brilliant solution to our damp problem. They identified further problems and did not proceed with the damp proofing until these were resolved. The work was carried out professionally and the team were sympathetic to our needs, carrying out additional work to resolve problems with the windows. Very supportive. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
