Communication and shipping as expected per the website and employees. Friendly attitude and questions answered. I have not had any issues with anything from SBU until today. I have received my ECU in mail. Before I shipped the one I had to them, I cleaned it and noted abrasions on the side of where the plastic retainers sit (I should of lightly engraved my name in it). The plastic epoxy that is poured to seal the insides was cleaned by me before shipped and had no weathered cracks, the sides were definitely in a much better shape than the one in the picture, which has deeper abrasions in it. Wherever and whatever the plant stuff that is on there right now came from I don't know, but I know 100% that it was not like that when I shipped it. I will be putting it back into my R1 today to make sure everything works, but I do not even know if what I asked to be done to the ECU is correctly done, I can only gauge by riding it but whatever specs I wanted on there per the form I filled out, I am skeptical about. So in closing, I am pretty sure this is not the ECU I sent out. I called SBU earlier about this and they told me that it was not possible it got mixed or switched because I was the only one they have done it to that day. When I called SBU earlier last weel and asked them to let me know when the one I sent arrived, the employee said they get so many per day that I should just check my tracking, which i did. I might be emailing them again, I don't want to damage anything on my bike... Lots of really good reviews... that is why I went this route...

These guys are experts when it comes to race bikes and build some amazing stuff but they always make time for me and my \little\ 400. As someone who is just getting back into bikes after a long hiatus its nice to not be talked down to. Always fast always fair and are cool guys to talk bikes with. If you need anything done to your street bike, look no further.
