Please be aware! Do not fall victim to theft. This is daylight robbery and unfortunately the state does nothing to these criminals and they continue their fraud. They will each out to you because you need debt collection service, and you searched on google. What they will promise to you on the phone is very different than reality. Please be aware that they will try really hard to get an and upfront payment from you. If you make the payment, this enter you into a contract that you not have not seen yet. I did not know about this. I thought you have to sign a document. But there are a lot of fraudsters who abuse this flaw in the law. Do not pay anybody a single penny until you see their promises in writing. You will receive a very poorly written and difficult to understand document after you make the payment. This document does not contain any of the promises they made to you on the phone. You were promised that you are paying their fees upfront and you receive back money owed to you plus the fees you paid AreYouOweedMoney upfront. So you'd not loose any money. But you do not have anything to prove these promises. And the contract you receive after you make the payment will have a terrible small print. They will keep the upfront payment, they will keep your money for over a year and if you take them to court, they will only pay you 62% of the debt. So please please please, do not pay a penny before they sent you the terms and conditions. And read the terms and conditions they sent to you very carefully. Be also careful that when you ask for the contract, they just send you a form to fill in. It does not have the contract in. This is how I was tricked. Please do not fall into the same trap.

Be careful the only thing they do is steal your money, they play on the fact that you need help but they don't give any service! After have done NOTHING they offer to further \help\ you acting legally, but that is just to get more money from you. My experience and advice is for you to act legally by yourself and do not contact this scam company! Save yourself further stress and problems wasting time and money with this people! They are just few people always the same people answer the phone, saying that they are passing you to other department and they waste your time further and further it is a full scam, be careful do not fall into their trap!
This company is a SCAM. They have never provided one single update in the past few months and every time I chase up they take ages to come back with the same answer: someone else within the same team is dealing with my case. I thought the reason why I paid your service is to help with recovering the debt and save my time instead me chasing you for an update instead??? BE AWARE!
