The trainee girl , accused me of having cancel my appointment by phone, which I didn't, so when I arrived for my appointment , they had to rebook me. Neither the trainee or the owner apologised and they made me feel very uncomfortable. I have been there 3-4 times before but I decided not to go back as I thought they were very rude.

I cant thank sophie enough. My hair had been damage by bleach ...after just one cut, treatment and colour I'm now a shinning brunette. So happy. had never been here before but from now on I won't be going any where else. Lovely atmosphere and very clean. Friendly and professional ladys.

They absolutely destroyed my fiancess hair, the lines are not straight, its nothing like the picture she asked for, if they were not confident to do the cut how she wanted it then they should of said. Now she cant leave her house because of how bad it is. I would not recommend to anybody,
