Marvellous Marvin. The most truthful you can ever find. I had a bad experience with several agents. They always over promised and did nothing. Marvin and Ryan were completely different. I was tough on every agent and asked for more money than my house was worth just to test them. They all said they could. Marvin actually took the time to educate me how to get it, and what my possibilities were.
