This is without doubt the number one training centre in the Arendal region! AKTIV moved to brand new functional and aesthetic facilities in 2018 and offers spacious workout areas with multitudes of up to date training equipment and exercise machines. It's a pleasure to train here, individually or in groups, due to enthusiastic and professional instructors and a very friendly and including atmosphere. The centre offers super clean wardrobes with showers and lockers. After workout it's tempting to chill out with a healthy & tasty smoothie or other food \bombs\ made by next door neighbour MORGENFUGL.
