Very very good, traditional Catalan and Spanish cuisine of the highest level. No \fusion\ or \deconstruction\ or \on a bed of\, just delicious wholesome cooking. All ingredients are prime quality and the preparation is sublime. Service is also outstanding, of the kind not often found anymore, with great attention to detail but no fuss. Outstanding wine cellar, ample parking, shaded terrace for the summer, log fire in the winter. Expensive, but truly worth it.

The food previously was better but the problem with this restaurant is that its closed a lot of times. We went on a Monday and waited for it to be opened from 7.45 to 8.30 and when it didn't open I checked Google map, which I should have done earlier, and it was written closed until Wednesday lunch time for no obvious reason.

It looks like this place use to be a great place in the past and now lives on that legacy it would have to innovate its dishes and service before it can go back to being that famous place it used to be
