I'm obsessed with the alfajores at Capriccio. The gourmet ice cream was really good tok. The service was subpar, but the desserts made up for it. There's a Sarcletti cafe right in front of this one, and Capriccio was definitely much busier. They seem to have branches throughout Arequipa.
