Have been purchasing parts from them for a very long time and stopped by this morning to get a few things, but must say will not be doing that again. They have mostly gone online now and although the system seems ok the process is hideously slow. I eventually walked out without the parts and opted to buy from down the road. So they have now moved to be an online shop.

It took 3 attempts to get the correct brake discs and pads for my car. Even with VIN number supplied. Good, competitive prices, but that was wiped out thanks to the number of trips required.

Went to have a part measured for a customer got given wrong size part, lost the customer. When returning the parts through driver that delivers did not get refund. Driver doesn't hoot and doesn't even wait 5 minutes before waiting to leave. Always getting faulty parts or bad service

Argus has been around over 30 years so you getting experienced management and staff. Not many Wholesalers have the values that Argus still keeps. Stock holding is good. Deliveries to Workshops and Spare shops

I went to this auto spares shop to buy multiple spares for my car, but unfortunately they can not help me. The lady (unknown didn't want to supply her name) served me didn't even offer to order the spares nor direct me to the correct outlet who can sell me the spares, I will never buy anything from them again. Hope the management of Argus Motor company will see this & understand that this person damage there company badly. She's not a very friendly person too.
