The website is also great since they tell you how many units are in stock rather than just give you an \available\ message and then telling you the item is out of stock like other vendors. All items were packed very safely in the box I received and they all arrived in perfect conditions.

Been using Aria for many many years both for personal and for business accounts..the prices are very competitive and servicr spot on.
I recently bought a Ryzen 3 processor chip from Aria. This was a very big mistake as the chip arrived faulty and would not correctly connect to the AM4 socket. The returns process took over 4 weeks and when I received an email from Aria returns they stated it was my fault so became my word against Aria pc. Bearing in mind chip cost was over 110 this was a big loss and especially as the PC was for my son for Christmas.they will not refund me as they state it’s my fault. Please do not order from this company as if something does go wrong they will not treat you like a customer. If you are thinking of ordering don’t do it. Spend your money with a company that will treat you in the correct way and not just blame you.
I've made two orders over the years. I'd read the bad reviews but glossed over them thinking what could go wrong? They have enough glowing reviews to suggest most \customers\ are happer after all... My first order, a gpu came in a box that looked like it'd been in the ring with tyson fury. Their explanation - blame it on the courier! Seriously? It was in a second box for delivery with no signs of damage!! Not a good start but anyway, this was 5 years ago and I needed some new parts for a new build. Not the cheapest on some parts, but I didn't want to have to wait for multiple packages to be delivered, so took a punt on them again. On opening the box, I found a couple of the \sealed\ boxes had been opened already and the contents clearly taken out and handled. Not sure if they'd been used or returned by a previous customer or god knows what other reason, but I was none the wiser anyway. After many phone calls and emails. First they told me they hadn't been opened and I was mistaken or lying. Then told one person admitted they'd probably been opened to \check contents\ before shipping, but didn't explain why. But either way, they refused the return and refund of the opened goods unless they were faulty, because they'd been opened and used!!? Not happy!!
I have had many experiences with Aria, both professionally and personally. As our shop is in Manchester, Aria have helped us turn around builds quickly with their large amounts of stock right at our door. And their prices, for example on the Seagate Barracuda I just purchased, are the lowest around with the Web Only deals. Their service has always been professional, to the point where on the one occasion I needed to swap an item under warranty, I was on the premises for less than 5 minutes before I walked out with a replacement. I could not be happier with Aria, and I would recommend them to anyone. Also their air conditioning is a god send in the summer!
