I contacted this firm and spoke to their secretary who asked me for my information and if the dentist was general dentist or specialist and said that someone would contact me. I waited a week then emailed them with additional information and waited another 48 business hours and I have received no contact back from them. It doesn't get any more unprofessional than this.
