My user name was remove and i called for help because I couldn't get in to my account to check my balance so I called for help The 1st associate that I spoke too hung up on me the 2nd associate help me 2 or best of abilities and I still cannot get into my bank account So I cannot check my balances until Monday when I go back to the bank why this happened I do not know but right now with the customer service after hours On saturdy when was not helpful the other one tried a little bit more but I still cannot get into my account On saturdy when was not helpful the other one tried a little bit more but I still cannot get into my account So I do not know How much money I have in my account Terrible help after hours on saturdy

Arizona Federal Credit Union Rocks! I switched from a traditional bank over 20 years ago. They are friendly, they have less fees and or charges and when you get a loan thier rates are way better than a traditional bank. I recommend them with years of experience dealing with them. Find a way to join and start saving money!

They are a great Credit Union One time I was late on a payment because I thought automatic payment was already set up and rather than charge me a late fee they called me and asked me why I did not pay because I had money in my account and then they set up the automatic payment for me.

We started using this bank a few years ago and they have been very helpful in handling our deposits and withdrawals with our out of state Credit Union. We had tried to find a bank or credit union that would work with us to no avail until a cashier at a Desert Financial Credit Union recommenced Arizona Federal. We have worked with them ever since with no problems and great service. Thanks to all who work there!
