Finest baseball facility in Arizona hands down! The brand new hittrax is the best training tool out on the market! I would recommend this place to any serious baseball player looking to better their skills!

To owners of WOB, We use to be big fans of WOB have been coming here for years and daily/weekly visits unfortunately due to COVID you guys had to close which is completely understandable we have been waiting the pandemic out for you guys to open and today 9/12/20 our first visit back in a handful of months we get told we can do anything unless we have a membership which is beyond frustrating for not having any batting cages in chandler/Tempe you guys were it this would have been a five star review but because of your recent changes/membership needs thats why this review is what it is for children to finally get back out and have fun through baseball your business should have been more open minded And available to what best for consumers during these difficult time Vs adding required needs to use your services. Beyond disappointed and now will have to find a new local batting cage! And FYI your membership fees are too high

Customer service was good, the pitching machines did not have enough balls though. During 15 minutes of prepaid time we spent entirely way to much of that time waiting for balls to be loaded and pitched... but they did compensate for this by giving us extra time in the L-screen cage and some t time for my 5 year old.

We go to the batting cage at AZ World of Baseball often and every time the staff is friendly and accommodating. The prices are pretty competitive as well. We've never had any issues with the machinery and are always able to get the same cage so that's nice. It could be cooler inside but the place is nice enough!
