NOT BBB accredited, Yelp has multiple grievances. Terrible isn't even the word. Making an appointment was next to impossible, when I finally was given the time of day or should I say a time to be acknowledged the staff member who i'm sure was even a medical professional asked me general questions and told me I would be receiving a "plan" within the day or next day. When that was never received and I called 5 days later I was told there was a "process". Do not give this so called business your money. SCAM.

No one picks up the phone. An answering service will occasionally but calls are not returned. Not sure if this place is even open
